Joe asked me to provide a testimonial and I thought I would do this by writing a letter.
I started with Joe on May 17, 2010. At that time I weighed 225 lbs. I had lost a ton of weight over the course of my life, usually in 10 - 15 lb increments, only to gain the weight back. I would work out like mad, tried to get in shape multiple times only to find that I wasn’t loosing any more weight after about 3 - 4 weeks of trying.
Joe not only helped me to get in shape, he helped me change my life. He helped me take myself from a lazy couch potato into a triathlete. He did this in just 22 weeks.
The bottom line is this, I lost 45 lbs in 22 weeks. It was quite a ride and my life will never be the same. I don’t know how I could recommend Joe highly enough.
